Jennifer Aniston turns off Instagram comments amid growing backlash after Jamie Foxx clarifies ‘fake friend’ post

Jennifer Aniston has turned off her Instagram comments in the wake of a huge backlash, following her comments on Jamie Foxx’s post.

The Django Unchained actor, who is currently recovering from a serious illness, found himself embroiled in a bizarre drama over the

weekend when he shared a cryptic post on his page, slamming ‘fake friends’ to his 16million followers – something the Friends actress initially appeared to ‘like’.

‘They killed this dude name Jesus… What do you think they’ll do to you???! #Fakefriends #Fakelove,’ it read.

However, some interpreted the 55-year-old’s words as being antisemitic, leading to Jennifer, 54, publicly distancing herself from his post.

In a message on her story, she told her 42million fans: ‘This really makes me sick. I did not “like” this post on purpose or by accident

‘And more importantly, I want to be clear to my friends and anyone hurt by this showing up in their feeds – I do NOT support any form of antisemitism. And I truly don’t tolerate HATE of any kind. Period.’
