Machine Gun Kelly has shared his heartbreaking response to fiancée Megan Fox’s miscarriage.
The 33-year-old has spoken publicly for the first time about the loss, which Fox wrote about in her 2023 poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.
In his new track Don’t Let Me Go, MGK references the miscarriage, rapping: “How can I live with the fact/That my hand wasn’t on her stomach when we lost the baby?”
The song also references how he felt like he couldn’t speak to anyone about the loss, with the next line adding: “Because everyone’s dead in my life that was tryna raise me.”
Machine Gun Kelly hints that the loss was behind his dramatic new tattoo, which sees almost the entire top half of his torso now covered in black ink.
