Nicki Minaj announces dates for ‘Pink Friday 2 World Tour,’ including Milwaukee concert

On Monday she revealed more details. Her “Pink Friday 2 World Tour,” named after her latest album released Friday, the sequel to her breakout debut, will kick off March 1 in Oakland, California, and wrap up June 7 in Berlin.

Minaj has played Milwaukee just once, as an opening act for Britney Spears at Summerfest’s amphitheater in 2011. In the decade-plus since, she’s become one of the most popular artists in hip-hop and beyond, as the first woman to land 100 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 (133 so far), and with more music videos with over a billion views on YouTube than any other female artist.

Tickets for the Fiserv Forum show go on sale to the public at 9 a.m. Friday at the box office (1111 N. Phillips Ave.) and at Presales begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Prices have yet to be announced.
